Sometimes, you just need a space to talk.

A calm, confidential one-to-one conversation to help you pause, reflect and make sense of what's on your mind.

A conversation can be useful when

  • You’re at a crossroads and want to think through a decision without someone telling you what to do.

  • You’re going through a transition: a new job, relationship, move, change in direction, or a chapter that feels unfamiliar.

  • You keep circling the same thought and need a little distance to see things differently.

  • You want to understand yourself better... your patterns, choices, relationships, or what you actually want.

  • You simply want someone to listen without judgement, advice or an agenda.

Through these session, you can expect

  • A space to speak freely without judgement or the pressure to have the “right” words.

  • Thoughtful listening, not rushed advice or quick solutions.

  • Questions that help you reflect... sometimes a different question is all it takes to see something differently.

  • Space to pause and make sense of things at your own pace, without having to arrive at an answer.

  • A conversation that leaves you with something to carry forward, perhaps a little more clarity, perspective, or simply the feeling of having been heard.

Sajha Wellness offers non-clinical wellbeing support. These conversations are not psychological counselling, psychiatric care or crisis support.
