REFUND POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sajha Wellness

 

Sajha Wellness values your time and commitment, and requests the same consideration in return.
 

Individual Sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled with prior notice.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

 

Workshops & Group Sessions

Workshop registrations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

In case a workshop is cancelled by Sajha Wellness, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

 

Corporate Engagements
Refunds and cancellations for corporate workshops or wellness engagements will be governed by mutually agreed terms shared before confirmation.

 

Payment Processing

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.
